- Personalized Macro Plans: Dr. Lentz creates a tailored macro plan to fuel your body and achieve your specific goals.
- Comprehensive Blood Work: Your membership includes a one-time blood panel (covering key markers) with additional low cost tests ordered as needed.
- Body Composition Tracking: Monitor your progress and stay motivated by analyzing changes in muscle mass and body fat percentage.
- ECG (if necessary): Ensure optimal heart health with an electrocardiogram (additional charges may apply).
- Medication Review & Recommendations: Dr. Lentz will assess your current medications and suggest adjustments or new prescriptions to further support your goals (prescriptions may incur additional charges).
Maintenance Membership Plan
Maintain your momentum and optimize your long-term health with our Maintenance Membership Plan. Designed to follow your initial weight loss program, this plan helps you solidify your progress and continue achieving your wellness goals. This plan is required to continue medications that are prescribed during the program.
Here’s what’s included for a monthly fee of $180:
- Monthly Check-Ins: Stay accountable and on track with scheduled monthly office visits.
- Ongoing Support: Our team will review your vital signs, medications, and body composition measurements, keeping you informed and motivated.
